At it’s core, MySantaTalk is designed to be a light-hearted, sort of bumbling adventure with a cartoonish Santa. Suited for both young boys and girls — envisioned to be used as an entertainment application during a flight delay at a crowded airport (or, the backseat of a car…or, waiting in line…)…
But, it also needs to be fun for Parents, especially with younger kids — to encourage them to explore the story and participate in the story making process. There are opportunities for improvisation (magic words and rhymes) that can be serious or nonsensical. Encouraging a child’s imagination is one of the great pleasures of parenthood. Then there’s that other User who’s stopping by — from the land of mobile marketing — sitting in an Agency or office somewhere, assessing mobile budgets, analytics and a slew of new technologies that come to market daily. It may take a few extra steps to “suspend disbelief” and go along for the ride…but, that’s where the pleasure in the character and story is found.
